Fun for the whole family:
Healthy smoothie recipes for the family: What better way to get some fruits and veggies into your kids’ diet than a refreshing smoothie! These 3 healthy smoothies for kids are perfect for breakfast, lunch, or even a delicious snack.
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 1 cup diced peaches, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup chopped mango, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 3/4 cup raw unsalted cashews
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup ice
Chocolate Peanut butter Banana
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 3 tablespoons natural peanut butter*
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- Chocolate chips, for serving (optional)
Welcome to our 3-5 PE Online page!
We are excited to present you with some fun at home tasks to help keep students active. Please take a look at the 2-week Physical Activity Log & March/April DEAM Calendars, as we encourage students to try and complete the Log and DEAM Daily Task, but is Not Required.
We will be updating diffrent skills/tasks to help students complete the weekly log if they so choose to do at home.
Please keep in mind that if you do not have the correct item, it is OK to modify. For example: No Bean bag- try folding a pair of socks into a ball, No Scarf - try using a tissue, No Balloon- try blowing up a ziplock bag or grocery sack. Have fun using your imagination!
